Cancellation Policy - 24 hours notice is required to cancel appointments so we can offer the appointment time to another client. If you are unable to cancel in time, you will be required to pay 50% of the appointment fee. If you do not show up for an appointment and/or do not give New Leaf any notice, you will be required to pay for 100% of the appointment fee.
